Begin with material format rather than a broad label such as aluminum. A flat strip, preformed channel-letter profile, frame profile, folding coil, and channelume can require different feeding, cutting, slotting, or forming mechanisms even when the base metal is similar. Record the grade or alloy, finish, thickness, return height or working width, full cross-section, temper where relevant, and the smallest routine production radius. Use Material Format Before Model Code

Flat Aluminum
Compare MM, NF, FM, AP, RF, and TR by the return style and required operations. A flat-aluminum label alone does not identify one final machine.
Stainless, Galvanized, and Iron
Start with MM or FM. Confirm grade, surface finish, thickness, return height, radius, and required punching or slotting.
Channel-Letter Aluminum Profile
Compare MM, AP, and RF by cross-section, wall thickness, processing height, feed path, and required radius.
Frame or Decorative Profile
PF60 and PF80 serve profile and frame work. Send the finished shape and cross-section so forming direction and arc can be reviewed.
Channelume
Start with RF130, then compare MM when a broader material mix matters. Confirm the exact section and feeding requirement.
Unlisted Material
