Compare Channel-Letter Materials
Identify material format, grade, thickness, working dimension, cross-section, and minimum radius before comparing routes.
Compare MaterialsOEM/ODM FACTORY · SINCE 2016
Compare seven production routes by material, process, and working range, then send your shortlist for an order-specific factory review.
BUYER DECISION SUMMARY
Start with the production job, not a model code. Define every material the same machine must process, the maximum return height or profile size, the smallest routine radius, and the operations that must be automatic. Those inputs narrow the choice among SENQ's seven documented production routes; they do not approve a final machine by themselves. The comparison is most useful for sign manufacturers evaluating flat aluminum, stainless or galvanized sheet, aluminum profile, frame profile, channelume, or trimless returns. If the material grade, cross-section, tooling, software, accessories, or delivery scope is not documented on the relevant series page, treat it as quotation-specific. SENQ's published specifications, visible factory evidence, and route comparison support the initial shortlist. An engineer must still review the actual dimensions, material details, required operations, production file, and order configuration before purchase.
